Unlike Many WTS Note or More to the Point I do not believe in Hidden Cost

Do not be fooled by claims like Buyer Pays Fee's

Fee Schedule

If WTS Notes is able to find a buyer that offers to purchase your note with an offer that matches or exceeds what the owner originally listed the real-estate for sale as (received cash + offer) then the below is the fee schedule.

10,000.00 To 30,000.00 = 3.5% Or 2.5% Pre-commit

30,000.00 To 50,000.00 = 2.5% Or 2% Pre-Commit

50,000.00 To 90,000.00 = 2.0% Or 1.75% Pre-Commit

100,000.00 To 500,000.00 = 1.75% Or 1.50% Pre-Commit

500,000.00 up to 1 mil negotiable

If the offer is below the cash price then deduct 1%

As an example

A home was listed for sale at 80,000.00 the seller allowed owner financing with a 20% down = 20,000.00

This means the note holder already has $20,000.00 If I can find a buyer who offers 60,000.00 (60,000.00+20,000.00=80,000.00) or more for the note then the above fee schedule is what you would go by. If the offer does not meet this standard then up to a 1% fee deduction will occur.

Save Up to 1% on our listing services by pre-committing;

All note holders who sign a pre-commitment contract will receive up to a 1% discount of the finder’s fee

Research or excess labor in service of note holder;

Requesting a Quote is a free service and any normal duties involved in finding a buyer is part of the fee schedule above. At no time will WTS Notes charge any form of extra fees without first getting written permission from the note holder. This only happens once in a great while.
