The Site will have a catagory for Owner Financed Homes and Regular listings

We will list one ad free of charge for up to 60 days. All we ask is when sold please let us know so it will be removed or marked as sold.

This service will also be availible to Agents and Those with multiple listings however there will be a listing charge.

I wish I could offer it completely free but submitting the site and getting it recognized in the search engines does cost a lot of money. By having a fee base I can increase its standings in the search engines thereby increasing your chance of selling your home.

Another neat feature of this site will be the ability for you to actually have virtual tours of the real-estate so break out those video cameras.
